outside at the west side of the beltway, liberty road, no problems getting down to 95. no problems on the inner loop toward 95 and clear toward 83. >> after weeks of lengthy delays ask questionable calls, the nfl lockout involving the referees is finally over. we have are learned overnight that the league and the refs have come to an agreement. so what does this mean for tonight's game between the raiders and the browns. >> they will return to work immediately and they will be on the field tonight when baltimore plays host to the winless cleveland browns. news of the deal began circulating shortly after midnight and most analysts say they weren't at all surprised especially when you see the problems that have been mounting on a weekly basis. you had issued from games running longer, replacement refs popping up on facebook wearing their favorite teams

4:3 #,33, this morning, two -- 4:33 this morning. two people shot including a child. sherrie johnson joins us with more on this story. do police have a suspect or anything to go on with this shooting. >> reporter: right now, so far baltimore city police officers are searching for a person of interest. this shooting happened around 9:30. a 4-year-old boy and his 33- year-old mother were both shot in the home and it happened about 9:30. officers responded to the 900 block of the gorsuch avenue. police are calling this a domestic shooting. the 4-year-old son was shot in the hip and the mother in the upper arm. neighbors tell abc 2 news that a swat team was called to the same home two weeks ago for an incident. there will be a community

meeting for the better waiverly community to talk about crime and safety. mary pat clark, state delegates and police officers will be at the meeting to answer questions. it's important to note that this meeting was already planned in advance before this shooting even happened, but you can believe that they probably will be talking about this type of violence going on in their community. reporting live, sherrie johnson abc 2 news. the medical examiner's office is working to identify a body floating in the harbor. they're trying to determine how the person may have died. police recovered the body from the water yesterday and baltimore detectives say they have launched a full investigation. it looked like something you might see on the streets of la, a high speed chase. two teens now in custody. officers from pennsylvania were chasing the duo in a stolen suv yesterday. maryland police jumped in when they crossed state lines.

they crashed on a speed limit sign in the roland park neighborhood. the university of california offering a settlement in a class action lawsuit involving pepper sprayed students. this is video from last november when the incident occurred. a police officer pepper sprayed students sitting on a pass at close range. they were trying to clear an occupied camp. they have 21 plaintiffs and $31,000 each. while there are many languages spoken in neighborhoods everywhere, a carroll county commissioner says he wants to make english the official language of his county. a public hearing is offered this morning to get input. schumaker says he's proposing that idea because he wants to encourage immigrants to assimilate to american culture.

schumaker definitely has his critics. >> some folks are accusing us of having white hoods and bigotry. and the fact remains that nothing could be further from the truth. what we're trying to encourage is assimilation. we're all the melting pot. this is the united states of america. that's the objective. >> a spokesperson for the aclu says the ordinance is pointless and mean spirited. today's meeting on that ordinance is set for 1:30. people living in colorado don't know whether to break out the winter coats or keep wearing shorts. a storm system brought rain mix requested snow in higher elevations in denver when temperatures hit around 60 degrees, that was the temperature yesterday and they say by this weekend they can expect to see dry sunny conditions where it will be about 70 degrees weather, so definitely a wild ride in colorado.

he asked for a refund and was told he couldn't get one because the burlinger had been eaten. he's facing -- burger had been eating. he's facing harassment and criminal charges an suv crashed through a restaurant in atlanta. emergency workers say someone on the sidewalk and two passengers in the suv were injured. the restaurant wasn't opened when the crash happened. it's not clear what the driver was doing when he crashed into the building. she's 12 years old but knows her way around the pool tables in minnesota. pillarson has been playing pool alongside her dad. and larson is so good at pool she recently one the national title in her age group which qualified her to compete in an international competition in germany. >> we both love the game, and that's the neatest part. we get to spend a lot of time
